As RDA National Office no longer process fully-completed Green Cards, we’re pleased to announce the option of these in-house certificates, to be awarded at group level to those volunteers who have completed their training in full, and for whom the card has been fully signed-off by the Coach.
Certificates are not a requirement on completion of training, but are a really nice addition to volunteers’ Coaching Passports (for those moving on to the RDA Coaching Pathway), and to recognise our hardworking volunteers’ skills and knowledge!
